The Mediterranean Geosciences Union (MedGU 25) took place in Athens from November 10–12, bringing together researchers and experts from across the region.

As part of the WATER4MED PRIMA Project, Francesco Demichele presented a cutting-edge methodology for identifying suitable areas for Managed Aquifer Recharge (MAR) within the Spanish demonstration site led by IDAEA-CSIC. His talk highlighted the resilience of the Besós River Basin and its ability to adapt to and recover from the impacts of climate change.
